 QPQ Surface Modification Technology：
QPQ Surface Modification Technology is widely applied abroad, especially automobile, motorcycle, textile machine, machine tool, switches, processing moulds. l、Resistant to wear and fatigue
This technique can enhance dignity and wear resistance of ferrous metals and reduce frictional coefficient.
Fatigue test: it can increase fatigue resistance of carbon steel by over 40% that is supreme than that of ionitriding and gas nitriding. This technique is especially adaptable to complicated-shape parts.

2、Corrosion resistance
Under the same test conditions, several samples in different materials and processing techniques were tested in continuous spray test in accordance with ASTMBll7 standard under conditions of 35±2℃ temperature, above 95％relative humidity , 5％NaCL aqueous solution. The test indicated that corrosion resistance of parts processed by QPQ technology is 5 times higher than that of 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel, 70 times higher than that of Chrome hardening and 280 times higher than that of chrome plating.

3、Little distortion
Salt-bathed working parts have scarcely any distortion, which tackles difficulty of hardening distortion in common heat treatments. For instance: processed 2Crl3 stainless steel sheet with overall size of 510×460×1.5mm has above HRC60 surface dignity and below 0.5mm uneven degree, which solve the conflict between hardening and distortion.
4、It can replace multiple heat treatment procedures and corrosion resistance processes.
It need not follow procedures from quenching and tempering to chrome plating, etc. with only one procedure, which shorten production period and reduce production cost. It can save 50% energy than carburization quenching and 30% cost than chrome hardening.
二、Applicable Materials：
This technique can be applied for all ferrous metals ranging from pure iron, low carbon steel, structure steel, tool steel to diverse alloy steel, stainless steel, casting and iron-base powder metallurgic parts. It can enhance surface dignity of parts with few distortion, which tackle difficulties in wear and corrosion resistances for parts of camera and switches and slim poles.
